Summer Internship and Graduate Programs
Asia Pacific Application Form Guidelines

Timing - This form should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

We advise you to print the application before you start to enable you to gather all the relevant information you will need to complete the form.To print the form you need to click on Apply Now from www.morganstanley.com/careers/recruiting page. Then select begin application, you will now need to choose a region (each region has a different application form, these instruction are for the Asia Pacific form only) and then click next. You will now see a list of programs with a red PDF box to the right. Click on the PDF box next to the program you wish to apply for. The relevant form will open in Adobe Acrobat allowing you to print the form.

To start the application go to www.morganstanley.com/careers/recruiting and select Apply Now. You must then select begin application, you then need to select which region you are applying to (each region has a different application form, these instructions are for the Asia Pacific form only) and then click next. You can now select the program you wish to apply to and click next. You now need to select which division/divisions you wish to apply to. You can apply to a maximum of 3 divisions.

Now click on start application and refer to the notes below to assist you.

Phone Information
Please select/enter the correct country code, area code and phone number.For Mobile numbers, please select the country code, and enter the first few numbers as the "area code" and the last 8 digits as the "phone #".

Work Permit Should you require a work permit, and if you are successful in our selection process, the firm will apply for a work permit on your behalf.  Offers to candidates are subject to approval of a work permit application. Education

University
Please click the search button to identify your university. Please type the most common word of your school/university into the field and click the Search button. Example: For "Tsinghua University", simply type in "Tsinghua" and click Search.
Once you perform your search, please select your school/university from the results. If you cannot find your school/university, try searching again with a more general name or type "Other" in the search field and select the appropriate value in the results.
Note: If you are a Business School student pursuing an MBA, please select the appropriate Business School from our database. This will help ensure our records are completely accurate. Conversely, if you are an undergraduate student, taking additional classes at your universities graduate school, please select your undergraduate school when applying. We will still reference your resume for all necessary details.
Degree level
You must select a degree level from the drop down menu.
Degree Course Title
Please click the search button to identify your degree course. Please type the most common word of your degree course title/subject into the field and click the Search button. Example: For "Art History", simply type in "Art" and click Search.
Once you perform your search, please select your degree course title/subject
from the results. If you cannot find your course title/subject, try searching again with a more general name or type "Other" in the search field and select the appropriate value in the results. We will reference your resume if we need further explanation
Overall Results
US students/graduates, please type in your overall GPA Result - e.g. 3.1/4.
UK students, please enter your overall Grade - e.g.  2:2
All other students, please enter an overall Percentage Score - e.g. 75%Please note: Do not attempt to enter result as "top 2% in class" etc, instead, please note this on your resume.
If you are successful in the selection process we will request confirmation
of these results from your university.
Graduation Date
Please specify the month and year you graduated or are due to graduate.
Additional Education Information
Please enter any additional/previous university education here by following
the steps above for Most Recent Education Information
University Subjects and Results This section is mandatory for Australian Students only. Year taken - please select academic year in which the subject was taken e.g.
2000, 2001 Subject - please type in the name of the subject
Level - higher, degree etc
Grade - please enter the result you received for this subject
You may not be able to enter all your results in this section. Please include your most recent results first.

Language skills
Mother Tongue - your native language
Fluent - reading, writing and speaking fluency in a language other than your native language.
If you cannot read, write and speak the language fluently it should not be listed here.

Cover Letter and Resume
Please ensure that you do not include graphics of any kind in your Cover Letter or Resume as this may cause technical issues in your application.Upload Cover Letter - Mandatory
A cover letter is your chance to give more information on your experience and to introduce yourself to Morgan Stanley. Please ensure that if you are applying to more than one division that you either attach a generic cover letter or include multiple cover letters in the one word document. Please note a cover letter should be no more than 1?  page in length.
Upload Resume - Mandatory
You must attach your resume here in either Word or PDF format.  (preferably
PDF)

Submit application
After you submit your application a new window will open with your completed
application in a printable format. Click the print button to print a copy of
your application for your records.

Once you submit your application you will not be able to access your
application again. If you do need to make changes to your address, email or
